CoronaCheck

The current Swiss strategy for responding to the new coronavirus epidemic

The current goal is to slow the spread of the epidemic, protect those at increased risk of complications (i.e. especially vulnerable people) and to thus allow health services to better manage severe cases.

The strategy is based on:

  1. Physical distancing to protect the most vulnerable.
  2. All persons with symptoms compatible with COVID-19 are tested. Persons who have been in contact are quarantined.
